Pictures, pictures, on the wall

I can't imagine picking ONE to be the "fairest" of them all.  I know I am NOT telling you anything new.  But goodness how time flies!!!  I have been downloading a lot of pictures so I can (finally) put some pictures up of our family in our house.  Looking through all the pictures (that Daddy Dearest has so LOVINGLY organized and labeled) and it just takes you back!    I do absolutely love the way looking at a picture can take you right back to that moment though.  I have made it from present day pictures back to our wedding day so far.  What wonderful times we have had in the last 6 1/2 years!  I am so looking forward to getting a lot of these printed and put up in the house so I can look at them every day!  I am ashamed it has taken me this long to do it! But as the pictures indicate...we have been pretty busy!  We have had joyful times and not so joyful times.  We have had MILLIONS of smiles.  Some of ours, some of our children, some of other family members.  We have done new things like ride in a helicopter and feed a Kangaroo.  We have done other things for the millionth time that we still want to take pictures of.  We have gone to new places like Australia and Hawaii.  And we have gone to the same places yet again.  All the while we are making memories and documenting them in the process.  I have been thinking a lot about pictures 1. because I want to put some in the house 2.because we don't get a second chance at this day and I want to remember it (hopefully).  3. because I have missed a lot of opportunities lately with pictures.  So...I have been really trying to take advantage of moments.  Take the picture and make the memory.  And then put the pictures up in your house.  They are art!!!  That's all.
