Let me explain...

One of these days I am going to stop attempting to explain myself.  For some reason I feel the urge to explain every little thing.  Especially about skipping days with the blog.  The fact is my goal in this New Year's resolution was to get me back in the habit of blogging when big things happened.  I thought the best way for me to do that was to make an entry every day.  So I could keep myself accountable.  That being said, I HAVE posted when important things happen and some not so important things.  AND this takes a lot of time.  Time that I certainly don't mind spending when there is something to say.  But let's face it...there are some days that I have NOTHING to say.  Unless you want to hear about the 3 dirty diapers I changed along with gallons of water I had to clean up after the kids took a bath right after I spent 20 minutes standing in the pantry wondering what on earth to cook.  I could go on but you get my point.  I say all of this to (what else) explain to those that are reading (Hi, Mom!) why I have been missing days lately.  As I mentioned in a previous post that I have been working on making curtains for two of the rooms in my house.  And being that we have lived here for 2 years without them, I think it is TIME I get them done.  So....No more explaining.  If I post, I post.  If I don't...I don't.  And then I will probably explain myself.  Big sigh.  What can I say?  I am a creature of habit.
